Rebnetik Managed IT Services Client New Staff Onboarding Checklist

Step 1: Initiate Support Request
📧 Send a support ticket to support@rebnetik.com
Include a request to prepare the system for the new staff member. Mention any specific software, access levels, or hardware requirements if applicable.

Step 2: Provide Staff Details
Include the following in your support ticket:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Job Description / Role

This information ensures the staff member is assigned to the correct group with appropriate permissions and access.

Step 3: Confirm Timeline
Specify the start date for the new staff member to ensure the system is ready in time.

If an existing system is being issued to the new staff member, please add the system name to the request. This will allow our team to ensure the system has all of the organization software required to work. (Office 365, Endpoint Protection, Azure AD Credentials etc.)

Optional Add-ons:

  • Request email setup or migration.
  • Request VPN or remote access configuration (if applicable)
  • Request onboarding documentation or training materials (if applicable)
